Friendly, fast and reliable sums up our experience with The Human Office!

I have worked with The Human Office since the early 1990s. We met when our trust was implementing the HSE 6 pack Display Screen regulations. We linked in with him as a supplier of office equipment from small work top equipment to full desking and seating requirements. Working with the team was easy as there was never a feel that what was being promoted was anything other than the best package for the issues found. I can say that I have never felt the trust was being offered a high cost item when a more economical solution was available.
The Human Office have won the provision of our full supply and install furniture contract. This is through a robust system compliant with the requirements of NHS purchasing and keenly managed by our in house supplies and safety team. This will be the third time they have competed and become the successful supplier. I am impressed by the way they work at keeping the product live and within the most suitable and economic package during the run of the contract. They are committed to ensuring the end product maintains its full suite of requirements for both the trust and the users.
The Human Office has also successfully retained our specialist seating contract as their assessment process, supply and back up is still considerably better than any competition.
I think that is what I like about them as a company they are forward looking and responsive to the ups and downs of the industry they are part of. The world of Musculoskeletal injury prevention is a long term project and one in which all players need to be willing to ride the ups and downs of fickle employers who some times have and at other times do not have the finances to support their employee's long health needs.
